- Collaborate with Branch clinical leaders to embed the principles of assisted living and Bickford's culture into resident care.
- Offer on-call support to clinical leaders to ensure resident safety and well-being.
- Work with operations and clinical leaders to uphold regulatory compliance.
- Proactively communicate with residents and their families to boost engagement.
- Supervise the medication administration process and employees to ensure adherence to physician orders.
- Train new clinical leaders for optimal clinical outcomes.
- Manage partnerships with local vendors to ensure quality care for branch residents.
- RN license.
- Demonstrated leadership and management excellence, particularly in multi-site healthcare settings.
- Ability to build strong community relationships.
- Experience in Senior Living, including knowledge of state-specific assisted living regulations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license meeting Bickford's insurance criteria.

Join our DYNAMIC team at Bickford Senior Living as a Divisional Director of Health & Wellness. As the DDHW, you will be the clinical leader responsible for driving positive resident health outcomes in a division of Branches within Bickford's portfolio.
This position collaborates closely with the Divisional Director of Operations and Branch leaders to ensure excellent resident care, engagement, optimal sales results, and financial performance.
