'BLUME2000 is Germany's largest flower and plant retailer with around 250 stores. Every day, we bring a piece of nature into the city - and as a traditional Hamburg-based company since 1974. To implement our unique and modern store and service concept, we are looking for you as a store manager (m/f/d) in Whiting, IN.


Your responsibilities:

  • As a store manager, you are responsible for the overall organization and coordination of work processes in your store.
  • You always keep an eye on the key figures of your store and can derive appropriate measures.
  • You work closely with the departments at the headquarters.
  • You assist customers in their shopping and support them in choosing their favorite products whether it's cut flowers, potted plants, flower bouquets, seasonal decorations, or DIY products.
  • You actively support in recruiting store employees and accompany the onboarding of new colleagues.
  • You regularly conduct employee meetings and develop your team.
  • You create flower bouquets according to the BLUME2000 concept for your customers and assist with cashier duties.

Your qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have gained experience in retail.
  • Ideally, you have some leadership experience.
  • You describe yourself as communicative and have organizational skills.
  • You have an interest in the floristry trade and a passion for flowers and plants.
  • You know how to motivate, lead, and develop your team.
  • You enjoy sales your motivation is happy customers
