Teamcare Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Houston, TX and surrounding areas.

Teamcare has been caring for the pediatric, adolescents, and geriatric community across the nation since 2002 Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care and make a difference in the lives of their patients and families.

We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to work full-time and part-time shifts with our agency.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and geriatric patients primarily in their home according to the plan of care outlined by supervising medical practitioner.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medications and treatments.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to promote positive outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient

Required qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license
