RESPONSIBILITIES YOU WILL ENJOY:
In your role, you will take on overall responsibility for our association The disciplinary management makes you a motivator and developer of your team Through your active participation, you establish yourself both personally and professionally in your team and among our members You develop, monitor and control our association economically on a strategic and operational level Reporting according to commercial and sales aspects as well as working with goal achievement is part of your responsibilities You are the contact person for our agricultural member farms and the face to the outside world You provide advice and support in the application process (e.g. fertilizer ordinance, MFA, ZA, Kulap, agricultural diesel) Together with your team, you organize and conduct events such as machine demonstrations Conducting member meetings, committee meetings, etc.

is part of your job requirements REQUIREMENTS YOU BRING WITH YOU:
You have a degree in agriculture such as agricultural master or technician, a degree in agriculture/agricultural sciences with a degree in agricultural engineering, a bachelor's/master's degree in agriculture, a completed business degree or a comparable qualification You score points with your experience in personnel management and very good communication and empathetic skills Your high service orientation,
