- Answer phone calls and emails and direct as needed
- Assist with all departments to offer coverage to achieve optimal work-life balance and office efficiencies. Including but not limited to
- Posting customer payments
- Electronic depositing of checks
- Reconciling accounts payable statements
- Reconciling accounts receivables
- Data entry and posting of accounts payable invoices
- Create customer invoices for gravel, concrete, concrete pumping, precast, showroom, and contracted jobs.
- Contribute to special projects as assigned, such as:
- Cost analysis
- Audit support
- Year-end financials
- Facilitate orientation and onboarding of new employees and logo wear
- Health, Dental, and Vision coverage

JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking for an energetic, fun employee to join our growing team. This person will be able to assist in all aspects of our main office, which includes multiple corporate entities and divisions. Duties include, but are not limited to, customer relations and sales, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and human resources. Ideal candidates will have knowledge and experience working in an office and accounting department. Part-time hours) and full-time (40 hours) positions are available.
