Healthcare and Nursing Assistant (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time in Kempten (Allgäu)

At Körperbehinderten Allgäu, a facility for people with disabilities, approximately 470 employees work together with 1,300 disabled individuals and their families to develop perspectives for self-determined living throughout the Allgäu region. Through our daily work and targeted public appearances, we strive for inclusion and a change in consciousness.

Your future tasks

You assist people with physical and severe multiple disabilities who live in a special living arrangement and provide them with guidance. You use your specialized knowledge in healthcare holistically
You provide the designated pedagogical support services according to the help and support planning
You accompany and plan daily activities, but also organize leisure activities with your clients
You support and promote according to individual needs, preferences, and self-determination of these individuals

As a Healthcare and Nursing Assistant (m/f/d), you bring
