YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • As a liaison between business, product management, and technology, you support our product development across all systems
  • You enjoy quickly and intensively familiarizing yourself with new topics
  • You analyze and evaluate business requirements and manage development until golive
  • You create technical sales presentations, interface specifications, process descriptions, and howto guides
  • As a technical consultant, you participate in discussions with our PAYBACK partners
  • You define and monitor success factors and derive recommendations for action

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have several years of professional experience in project management or consulting
  • You have a strong technical understanding, particularly in the online and eCommerce environment, as well as in connecting technical interfaces
  • Ideally, you have experience in the loyaltyCRM environment of online or brickandmort
