Swim Instructors NEEDED for NOVA Swim School. Instruction includes teaching children ages infants and up. We are located in Fountain Valley. Great facility and swim environment. Experience as an instructor is highly desirable. However, training in our method is provided. Responsibilities:

• Provide swim instruction to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Incorporate sports coaching techniques to enhance students' swimming abilities.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by implementing lifeguard skills when necessary.
• Utilize teaching experience to create engaging and effective lessons.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Supervise and monitor students during swim lessons to prevent accidents.
• Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment for all participants.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to coordinate class schedules and activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in sports coaching and teaching preferred, but not necessary
• Experience in swimming is a plus
• Previous experience working with children or in physical education
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with students of all ages and skill levels
