How you contribute

  • Leading the entire TGA department for electrical and mechanical engineering and implementing TGA plant construction projects
  • Responsibility for budget and P&L
  • Professional and disciplinary personnel responsibility as well as employee development (human)
  • Active acquisition and customer care as well as proposal creation
  • Monitoring ongoing projects including controlling deadlines, costs, and quality management
  • Active and continuous process improvement
  • Collaboration with other business areas

    • What you bring

  • Dipl.-Ing. (human), technician (human) or master craftsman (human) in the field of electrical engineering or heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing
  • Relevant experience in conducting projects in TGA plant construction
