- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across various projects, developing contingency plans and influencing management decisions to proactively address potential issues.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and senior management to ensure alignment, buy-in, and support for project initiatives.
- Adhere to established enterprise project management practices, participating in training sessions and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Share insights, lessons learned, and feedback with team members and management.
- Manage medium- to large-scale projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and financial oversight. Monitor project performance and address issues as they arise, providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of project management experience, with at least 8 years of overall IT or related business experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working on projects involving the implementation of project lifecycle methodologies.
- Supply Chain, Wholesale, Distribution industry experience
- Exposure to ERP/business systems such as SAP
