Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a fulltime Healthcare Operations Director for a highly reputable healthcare company This the perfect opportunity to join an established organization that will nurture your career in the long term.
As Director of Operations, you will balance your patient-relationships with the responsibilities of supporting your very own clinical team. It is your key role each day to deliver excellent patient-services, while additionally supporting your team by mentoring, developing, and driving them towards departmental goals. Additional responsibilities may include financial management, adherence to budget and expense reports, and monitoring compliance related matters.
