H2 Performance Consulting (H2), a high-growth, technology-enablement firm, is currently seeking a Senior Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) Analyst to support our government client in Norfolk, VA.
Responsibilities:
Enterprise-wide knowledge and experience in one or more designated functional and/or concentration areasProvides support to the customer on program/project operationsExperience developing and executing successful strategic plansPossesses demonstrated knowledge, extensive experience in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple complex tasks in multiple organizationsDefines problems, analyzes and develops strategies to achieve assigned objectivesManages the preparation of analyses, evaluations, and recommendations for implementationProvides complex statistical modeling and analysisEvaluates existing business goals, team functionality, and cross-discipline cooperation and develops recommendations to improve internal performance, shorten throughput time, and minimize internal costs, while increasing the overall quality of work, product, or service outputImplements improved systems, procedures and organizational changesEmploys analysis techniques, such as work breakdown structures, activity-based costing, process and productivity improvement measurements, and program audits/evaluations and performance testing to achieve stated objectivesThis successful candidate will be a senior level person who is a Subject Matter Expert (SME)A Senior level person typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independentlyA Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job
Years of Experience/Education:
Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years' experience6 years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
OR Associate's Degree plus 4 years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
Additional qualifications:
Experience in Navy manning policy, management, and analysisExperience with Power Query/Power BIExpertise analyzing and merging data from disparate sourcesPossess a working knowledge of modern software languages (R+, Python)Familiarity with Jupiter and MyNavy HR's Enterprise Authoritative Data EnvironmentFamiliarity with Performance to Plan and Get Real Get Better InitiativesMaster's DegreePrior military experience as a Commissioned Officer, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, and/or senior level DoD government experience (O5-O6, E8-E9, GS14-15)
