- This successful candidate will be a senior level person who is a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- A Senior level person typically works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
- A Senior level person may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job
- Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years' experience
- 6 years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's Degree plus 4 years additional work experience in a related field may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in MPTE and personnel readiness
- Working knowledge of Tableau (or other data visualization tools) and SharePoint
- Proficiency with MS Office Tools- demonstrated experience in programming within Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Navy manning policy, management, and analysis
- Experience with Power Query/Power BI
- Expertise analyzing and merging data from disparate sources
- Possess a working knowledge of modern software languages (R+, Python)
- Familiarity with Jupiter and MyNavy HR's Enterprise Authoritative Data Environment
- Familiarity with Performance to Plan and Get Real Get Better Initiatives
- Master's Degree
