Foremost Media is a custom web development and digital marketing agency looking to expand its reach in the digital sector.

We're seeking a full-time onsite Project Manager to help get us there.

We understand that experience is something that takes time to acquire and are willing to train the right individual if we feel they are a great fit.

The Project Manager's primary role will be to assist with the development of program and project plans, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, and issue management.

You'll work directly with project stakeholders, project team members, and other departments to ensure deliverables are produced in a quality and timely manner in accordance with established processes and procedures.

In addition to the above, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the project team by managing projects and client expectations, creating deliverables, managing scope, and ensuring final products meet company standards
• Work with the project team to maximize resource utilization
• Monitor actual project hours and costs against the project estimates

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in a management role
• Strong knowledge of modern website technologies
• Understanding of UX/UI design patterns
• Experience working with Content Management Systems
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to timelines and project plans
• Excellent communication skills, ability to mentor, and work collaboratively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Education and Training:

A college degree in a related field is preferred.

Consideration will be given to individuals with an equivalent combination of training and/or experience that would help them perform the tasks of this position, as well as those who are highly motivated, customer-focused, and willing to learn.
