    Description

    Title: Application Project Manager

    Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

    Location: 100% Remote

    This person will be responsible for managing various projects, mostly related to software/applications – upcoming projects include an ERP implementation of Epicor, and a ticketing system implementation. Ability to manage timelines, communicate with stakeholders, resolve issues, work in an Agile/Scrum environment, maintain strong communication skills etc. is crucial for this role

    They use Microsoft Azure DevOps and MS Project as PM tools.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project objectives.
    • Utilize Microsoft Azure DevOps and MS Project as primary project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and report on project status.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
    • Provide regular project updates to leadership, highlighting key accomplishments, challenges, and upcoming milestones.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 5+ years of project management experience
    • Project management experience within the applications space
    • Has strong communication skills and has experience working and leading meetings with stakeholders and other leadership
    • Has a background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

    Nice to Haves:

    • PMP Certification
    • Medical Device/Manufacturing industry experience
