    About the Role:

    Position: - Project Manager

    Job Description

    • The Project Manager III will lead technology projects focused on finance transformation, specifically in data and analytics (Data Warehouse, Data Hub, Data Governance, Analytics, Predictive Analytics).
    • Familiarity with Oracle EPM is beneficial.
    • The role requires experience in corporate financial systems, finance project management, Agile methodologies, and executive presence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Projects: Manage data and analytics initiatives like Data Warehouse, Data Hub, Data Governance, and Predictive Analytics.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define and deliver project scope and objectives.
    • Project Planning and Risk Management: Develop plans, manage resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Provide status updates and key decisions to executive leadership.
    • Agile Portfolio Management: Handle Agile portfolios and funding, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

    Required Knowledge and Skills:

    • Expertise in data and analytics technologies.
    • Familiarity with Oracle EPM is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of corporate financial systems and Agile methodologies.
    • Excellent project management, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
    • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
    • PMP certification and Agile methodology certification preferred.
    • Minimum 7-8 years of project management experience in finance transformation.

    Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $95,000- $100,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
