Here's what we're looking for:

  • Successfully completed training as a lathe operator or industrial mechanic
  • Professional experience in machining technology
  • Knowledge of metal processing and CNC programming
  • Teamwork and flexibility
  • Diligent work ethic, accuracy, and reliability
  • Class B driver's license

Your responsibilities:

  • Working according to drawings and technical specifications
  • Setting up, converting, and operating CNC machining centers
  • Programming work on the machine
  • Timely implementation of production requirements and conducting quality controls using various measuring tools and documenting them
  • Independent technical inspection of manufactured workpieces
  • Supporting colleagues in optimizing production processes and monitoring them
  • Conducting maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor preventive maintenance
