- Handling complex eligibility scenarios while ensuring Eligibility Specialists accurately process applications and correctly make eligibility determinations
- Team Player with excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for helping people
- Strong PC Proficiency with a willingness to learn
- Maintain confidentiality of personal health information
- Minimum two years' experience in call center operations and/or health and human services with customer contact required
- Experience in health/human services and knowledge of WY Medicaid preferred
- Previous leadership with a strong customer service background preferred
- Associate degree in social or behavioral services or equivalent training/experience required
- On-site, in office position
