    Physical Therapy


    PRN Dayshift:
    *8:00am-4:30pm

    *Requirements:

    * *Graduation from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (CAPTE)
    * *Physical Therapist License issued by the State of Alabama** *Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

    *About the Job:
    • Provide comprehensive evaluations and testing, physical therapy treatments and education to patients with observed abnormalities in accordance with State Regulations and departmental policies.
    • Plans, develops and implements a result-oriented treatment plan responsive to the individualized needs of the patient and includes clear, measurable goals. Modifies the treatment plan according to the patient's responses.
    • Communicates regularly with members of the patient care team, the patient, family members and others involved with the patient's care.
    • Document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.
