Part-time Recruiter (Independent Contractor)
Premier Development is seeking a highly organized individual with experience in recruiting, to assist with their hiring needs company-wide across multiple locations throughout central New Jersey

Responsibilities include:

draft and post position advertisements on multiple sites, evaluate all incoming resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate with hiring managers and schedule in person interviews, oversee all applicant communications and follow-up, maintain all recruitment files/records.

This position may require worksite visits or attendance at in person interviews which may occur at different locations in a single day.

Hours per week will fluctuate based on needs, but are estimated to be approximately 20-25 hours per week.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, performing similar relevant tasks

Strong knowledge and understanding of applicable laws required

Proven ability to effectively work independently

Exceptional communication and organization skills
