Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to seniors
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals in your care
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in condition
• Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity and privacy are respected

Experience:

• Previous experience working with seniors
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Knowledge of nursing home or assisted living facility procedures and protocols
• Basic understanding of first aid techniques and ability to respond to medical emergencies
• Ability to effectively communicate with individuals with diverse needs and backgrounds
• Experience in behavior management techniques is a plus
