We are looking to add a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to our team This person will provide critical administrative and project management support to our executive team. This key team member must have the ability to manage multiple tasks, be proficient in using technology, communicate effectively and rely heavily on their organizational skills to perform in their role. They will also handle highly sensitive information and must maintain confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities:
The ideal person understands the critical nature of communicating and managing key priorities on behalf of the CEO and the firm.
- Anticipate needs and priorities; assist in driving meeting deadlines through calendaring blocking, reminders, lists, etc.
- Manage travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals.
- Act as the point for executive team members; utilize good judgment and discretion when communicating.
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, decks, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality.
Job Requirements
This role requires the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, organizational skills along with the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 35 years of related experience working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level Executives.
- 35 years of project management and/or other related experience.
- Impeccable timemanagement skills with an ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities.
- Excellent communicator, able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional, and timely manner.
- Business Acumen, ability to decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.
- Advanced proficiency with office 365 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a strong aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration.
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of new challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the firm.
- Service mindset, dedicated to meeting high level expectations by maintaining effective relationships.
- Experience using QuickBooks for financial record keeping.
