Together, we ensure product availability by recording negotiation results from the buyer and coordinating and executing collaborations with various interfaces. As a team, we tackle every challenge and value working together on an equal footing.

Your tasks

Planning, coordinating, and executing billing projects in international purchasing
Further development of our systems in terms of automation, digitalization, and transformation
Development and optimization of administrative processes through your process-oriented thinking
Interface between internal departments, external business partners, and Schwarz IT
Responsible for analyzing, preparing, and presenting business-relevant data, taking into account business aspects

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics, or a comparable field
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Strong understanding of numbers combined with a high IT affinity
Enjoyment of quality-conscious work and the ability to establish new solutions with creative ideas
