The ITW GSE Division is a key player in manufacturing Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for the aviation industry, serving Airports and Airlines globally.
Job Description Position Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in talent management programs, recruitment, coaching, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive culture initiatives for engaged employees and a positive work environment.
  • Stay updated on labor laws, educate managers and employees, and ensure compliance.
  • Manage HRIS data and employee records, process timesheets, and address individual development needs.
  • Support safety initiatives, manage leave programs, and conduct employee relations investigations.
  • Identify improvement opportunities using the ITW Toolbox and facilitate performance management processes.
  • Qualifications Position Skills and Experience Requirements:
    To excel in this role, candidates must possess strong HR understanding, computer skills, communication skills, and ability to handle pressure.
