We are looking for a team assistant (m/f/d) to join Lufthansa Technik AG at Hamburg Airport in Four Points, TX.

This position will involve working on projects as part of a temporary employment arrangement, with a starting salary of 2865 EUR.


Your responsibilities:


  • Creating, designing, and updating presentation materials
  • Undertaking special tasks
  • Planning, organizing, and managing business trips for the department head, including flight, hotel, and vehicle reservations
  • Providing administrative support to the department head, including scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating appointments
  • Planning, coordinating, and organizing customer visits and providing guest support
  • Participating in projects by planning, monitoring, and completing subtasks

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training as a Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation (m/f/d), Bürokaufmann (m/f/d), or relevant work experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident and professional demeanor
  • Willingness to participate in training and further education opportunities
