**Your tasks as Debt Collector (m/f/d): - Identification and creation of cross-departmental process optimization foundations

Responsible for debt collection and credit management
Monitoring of due receivables in relevant (IT) systems
Written and telephone correspondence with problematic debtors
Processing of incoming correspondence (telephone, written, email)
Handling of overdue and/or titled claims (outofcourt/incourt collection process)
Structured processing of outstanding receivables
Customer and payment analysis in the early collection phase
Proactive participation, data collection, and followup in complaint management
Participation in ongoing dispute and collection reporting
Updating and maintenance of customer and claim data in the collections tool
Conducting trainings for employees, especially in the sales team

Qualifications:

**Qualifications that set you apart: - Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification

Extensive experience in credit management and/or debt collection
Career changers from sales or project management are welcome, as well as experienced specialists with a background in debtors
Knowledge of legal basics in debt collection and insolvency desired
