**Responsibilities**- Answer, screen, and direct calls on a multi-line phone system courteously and professionally- Greet and assist all visitors, determining their needs.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Maintain supplies, arrange equipment maintenance, and keep the reception area organized.
- Demonstrate professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive issues.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Organizational skills to manage priorities and workflow.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to perform clerical functions and basic accounting procedures.
