The Innovation Unit plays a crucial role in our company.

As the Controller of the Finance Innovation Unit, you will be the main point of contact for all financial matters for our local and global business partners within Research & Development at our Biberach location.

This position is limited to 2 years

Responsibilities:


  • In your role, you will be responsible for managing organizational units within the Development function at our Biberach location.
  • As a Finance Business Partner, you will work with various areas within the Development function.
  • You will support your business partners with businessrelated questions, as well as the budget process and outlook creation, by discussing business scenarios and highlighting opportunities and risks.
  • As a responsible and resultsoriented Controller, you will support your business partners in cost control and decisionmaking while adhering to existing guidelines.
  • In collaboration with global colleagues, you will bring your motivated and assertive experiences and insights to the table.
  • Additionally, you will contribute to the development of internal tools, workflows, and controlling concepts and implement them accordingly.

Requirements:


  • Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling/accounting
  • Several years of professional experience in finance and controlling roles and working with business partners
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, independent work style, and team orientation
