As a manufacturer of plastic injection molded components and systems, TR PLAST GROUP supports development and takes over project management from tooling to serial production. Assembly and surface finishing complete the range of services as a supplier with a focus on the automotive and commercial vehicle industry. TR PLAST GROUP operates at 3 locations with approximately 300 employees.

At the Ebeleben/ Thuringia location, approximately 80 employees are employed.

  • Set up, start, monitor and document machines and equipment in a process-safe manner.
  • Independently perform tool changes according to the schedule.
  • Adjust and optimize handling devices.
  • Independently support and optimize the production process in case of problems during the 3-shift operation.
  • Successfully completed training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or comparable training or several years of experience as a machine setter/ changeover technician.
  • Service and team-oriented work and openness to new ideas.
  • Independent, reliable and quality-conscious work.
  • Respectful and binding communication.
