- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history and physical examinations, to initiate appropriate acute and chronic medical treatments.
- Perform office-based procedures such as joint and trigger point injections.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform medical diagnoses.
- Prescribe and manage medications and other routine therapeutics.
- Document all patient interactions, consultations, and procedures in the electronic medical record.
- Educate and advise patients and caregivers on effective pain management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in quality improvement projects.
- U.S. Citizenship or authorized work status in the U.S.
- Master's degree in any discipline or a Bachelor's degree with one year of experience as a Physician Assistant.
- Passed the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) or in the process of taking the exam.
- Hold or will hold a full, unrestricted license to practice in any U.S. state or territory.
- Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment physical examination and background/security investigation.
- Participation in mandatory vaccination programs.
