Social media, apps, online offerings, print products - the media industry is constantly changing.

As a trainee at wüma and the Mediengruppe Main-Post, we will prepare you for your career with us. You can choose between different departments and focus areas. Your talents and abilities will determine your areas of responsibility.

From the beginning, you will be fully integrated into your department and receive individual projects that promote your skills and interests.

During the 24-month trainee program at the Mediengruppe Main-Post in Würzburg, you will also have the unique opportunity to demonstrate your skills at Augsburger Allgemeine and Südkurier in Konstanz for a period of three months each.
