Your Responsibilities

As a civil engineer (m/f/d), you will be the central contact person for all building-related matters, both internally and externally, including maintenance, improvements, renovations, and new constructions.

In addition, your responsibilities will include structural and technical fire protection.
You will be responsible for approval procedures, fire protection concepts, and the progress of construction projects.
You are familiar with common occupational safety and environmental regulations, as well as building standards.
You have strong skills in cost estimation, calculation, and the management of suppliers' invoicing and contracts.
Managing drawings and providing technical guidance to other CAD employees is also part of your role.

You have a degree in
