Tasks

  • Professional responsibility for digitization, data extraction, and issue recognition in postal and email inboxes, as well as digital channels.
  • You capture the requirements of operational units and departments and design central functions in input management.
  • Use of new technologies such as AI / KI in close collaboration with IT to increase efficiency and relieve the workload of processing incoming mail.
  • Prioritization, vision, and roadmap development in coordination with operational units and departments, as well as representation and communication.
  • Ensure high acceptance and cost-effectiveness of developed solutions through user-centered and agile approaches.

Profile / Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, or computer science, or equivalent qualification.
