Position: Head of GRC (Governance, Risk Management, Compliance)

Location: Darmstadt, Germany

Work Style: Hybrid (remote and in-office)

As the Head of GRC, you will lead and expand a dedicated team of three consultants. This position requires not only active involvement in client projects, but also representing DIESECTM in pre-sales activities to establish new client relationships. A proactive approach to growing the client base and department is expected. As the Head of GRC, you will also be responsible for budget management, including cost control for personnel and profitable marketing of services.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leading, mentoring, and expanding the GRC consulting team.
  • Active involvement in client projects and ensuring top-notch GRC services, including GDPR compliance.
  • Representing DIESECTM in pre-sales activities and maintaining new client relationships.
  • Strategic planning and implementation of growth plans for the department.
  • Budget management, including cost control and profitable marketing of services.
  • Ensuring the team meets the highest standards in IT governance, IT risk management, IT compliance, and data protection.
