Your tasks:


  • You are responsible for the organization, professional concept and personnel development of the nursing staff on the ward
  • Ensuring professional and patientoriented care using the latest hygienic, legal and nursing science knowledge and methods
  • Monitoring and coordinating nursing methods and proper documentation
  • You lead your employees in a motivated and goaloriented manner. This includes, among other things, supporting employees in further developing their professional competence
  • Crossfunctional and economic thinking and acting
  • Trusting and cooperative collaboration with the nursing management and involved professional groups
  • Effective communication, even in conflict and exceptional situations

Your qualifications:


  • In addition to your completed training in health and nursing care, you have a degree in nursing/management or are willing to complete a corresponding degree
  • Several years of professional experience in nursing and ideally leadership experience
  • Proficient in using common computer programs
  • Enjoy working in a team and taking responsibility within the framework of ward organization and staff management
  • Decisionmaking skills, solutionoriented thinking and innovation competence
