Your Responsibilities:

Competent customer support and customer service via phone and/or email, including customer care and verification
Processing of inquiries, as well as offer and contract management for standard and special items, including order and contract verification
Reliable control and monitoring of order-related deadlines
Conducting customer satisfaction analyses, handling complaints and EDI requests, creating invoices and credit notes

What You Should Bring:

Based on a completed apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or alternatively in a commercial field, you ideally have several years of professional experience in sales at an internationally operating industrial company.

You have fluent English skills in both written and spoken form (minimum B2 level).
You have strong user knowledge of the MS Office package. SAP knowledge is a plus.
Personally, you are characterized by customer orientation, teamwork, initiative, and flexibility. You are a communication talent and confidently bring your own ideas to the team.
Ideally, you have some experience in export.
