Clinical Director

Duties:

Goaldirected, collaborative leader responsible for the ongoing mentorship and supervision of large clinical team across multiple sites of care.
Responsible for all areas of supervisory functions of designated staff including recruitment, hiring, training, staffing, OT management, evaluations and counseling.
Utilizes performance improvement concepts to identify and remediate process and quality opportunities for improvement.
Develops and implements new ideas to increase efficiencies.
Assist in developing and implementation of new policies, protocols and procedures.
Resolves daily operational issues in a timely manner and follows up with effective communication to physicians or staff on progress/resolution.
Responsible in acting as a liaison for the business office to operational staff for the for accuracy of correct authorizations, surgery scheduling, submitting billing information and all other aspects of items effecting revenue flow.
Resolves patient complaints while tracing all levels of risk.

Expectations:

Maintain patient confidentiality; comply with HIPAA and compliance guidelines.
Maintain and promote a positive work environment.
Maintain a professional atmosphere with effective leadership.

Qualifications:

Experience in large physician group practice 2035 doctors minimum with multiple locations and ancillaries preferred.
Bachelor's degree or 10+ years experience in relatable Healthcare; clinical experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate and interact with colleagues, staff, patients, public and physicians.
Ability to work under stress with interruptions and deadlines.
Experience in change management.
EPIC experience preferred.
