- Document management and analysis for large cases
- Experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy and other collection matters
- Commercial litigation including drafting of pleadings and discovery
- Commercial real estate transactions
- Title review and title insurance underwriting experience
- Three or more years' experience working in a law firm, preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other legal software applications
- Experience in electronic document discovery and database management
- Familiar with discovery tasks and trial preparation
- Familiarity with State and Federal Courts
- Professional demeanor, excellent communication and computer skills and the ability to manage a large caseload in a fast-paced environment
