Our client is a family-owned business with over 120 years of history, specializing in the distribution of high-access construction machinery.

We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Advisor (m/f/d) for our trusted partner in Oldham, SD.

Your responsibilities as a Customer Advisor (m/f/d):

  • You are the central point of contact for customers in the office
  • Advising customers and identifying their individual needs is your focus
  • You will take care of customers from order acceptance to processing and invoicing
  • You will schedule and manage the onsite access equipment
  • Administrative support for the field staff

Your profile as a Customer Advisor (m/f/d):

  • You have completed training in a commercial or technical field
  • First experience in rental, scheduling, and advising
  • You have a good technical understanding, creativity, and organizational skills
  • Experience in renting access equipment, forklifts, cranes, or construction machinery is an advantage
