    Mission:
    Reach the achievement of the sales planning and strategy defined by the company.

    Lead and coordinate the sell-out activities of the sales team and merchandisers, ensuring that all sales steps are being carried out (SOM), providing an excellent level of service to the assigned sales points, fulfilling all established commitments in visits and orders (sales), in line with the strategic guidelines of the Zone Management.


    Responsibilities:
    - Plan and control all activities related to the sales area in the respective channel.
    - Prepare a report of the planned activities.
    - Review daily activity reports of each salesperson.
    - Check the attendance of the staff under your responsibility.
    - Define, plan, and execute the sales budget by channel, customer, product, in units, and values.
    - Monitor the compliance of the sales budget in units and values.
    - Supervise the activities of the staff under your responsibility.
    - Communicate with the salesperson and provide feedback on route performance.
    - Fill in sales indicators on the computer, analyzing root causes, and defining action plans.
    - Conduct a weekly Supervisor-Salesperson meeting.
    - Ensure the permanent update of the customer census in the territory under your responsibility.

    Supervise direct, indirect, and administrative activities, and based on this, provide feedback to the Salesperson in each of the visits made, with their respective action plan and commitment dates.

    Update Routes to improve the distribution and planning of the Salesperson's customer portfolio in logical sequence and defined visit day according to the census.

    - Execute and adhere to SOM (coaching, salesperson evaluations, and commitment validations).
    - Prepare and present results weekly in short interval reviews.
