Hold or eligible to obtain Illinois CTEP License with Building Trades Endorsement* _(Eligibility or licensure requires 2,000 verifiable hours of Building Trades industry experience.) _Teachers must be physically capable of building a residential home.

HVAC, Carpentry, Plumbing, Landscape, Architectural Design, etc.

$45, $50,000.00 per year
