• Job Duties:
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting and taxation records, financial statements, and information of client to evaluate completeness, accuracy, and conformance to financial reporting standards.
• Collect financial information of clients to prepare balance sheet, profit & loss statement, cost accounting, and other reports.
• Preparing and completing audits and tax returns for clients by analyzing and examining financial documents.
• Review federal, state, and local financial and taxation requirements and advise management on necessary actions for compliance.
• Analyze client corporate structure, activities, and accounting options and provide financial counseling for important financial actions.
• Oversee clients' accounts payable and receivable, forecast revenue and expenses, and analyze possible financial risks.
• Resolve financial discrepancies or issues by monitoring client business financial activities, collecting and analyzing financial account information, business plans, and investigating variances.
• Ensure that private businesses, organizations, and firms remain within legislation by properly reporting revenue and paying taxes.
