    Description

    Sous Chef

    At Aramark, we're seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to lead our culinary team and create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for the organization and leadership of all kitchen areas, including menu development, food production, quality control, and employee training.

    • Assist in developing seasonal menus that showcase local flavors and ingredients
    • Create innovative dishes that meet or exceed client expectations
    • Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in the kitchen environment
    • Collaborate with executive chefs to plan catering events and special functions
    • Demonstrate expertise in nutrition education program concepts about healthy eating habits

    • AOS/BS in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience,
      Minimum 5+ years industry & culinary management experience
