Manager (m/f/d) Service Center WELCOME TO HAAG-STREIT HAAG-STREIT Germany, located in Wedel near Hamburg, sees itself as a full-service provider for doctors and clinics in ophthalmology.

In addition to sales, marketing, and technical service for the entire product portfolio, HAAG-STREIT is also an experienced planner for new practices and clinic facilities as well as their relocations.

We also offer our customers surgical microscopes from HAAG-STREIT Surgical (formerly MÖLLER-WEDEL) for all disciplines. We are currently seeking a Manager (m/f/d) for our Wedel location to lead our Service Center Germany.


Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and supervising a team of 17 employees in the Service Center Germany Coordinating and ensuring technical support and service advice in the Service Center Overseeing repairs in-house, as well as managing the loan equipment inventory and exchange components Ensuring smooth processing of orders from sales and coordinating internal communication between departments Developing and expanding the service business in the Service Center's catchment area Organizing internal and external technical training and maintaining documentation for all devices Managing deliveries and shipments for installations and trade shows Supporting sales in technical matters for bidding processes and technical questions from medical device consultants (m/f/d) and projects in the German market Your qualifications: Technical education and further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) Experience in technical field service Know-how in repairing and assembling complex electronic and
