    Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Blazerjobs iscurrently seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for an extended school year assignment in Pottstown, PA. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students and make a positive impact on their communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
    • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication goals
    • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to support students' academic and social-emotional growth
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
    • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' individualized education plans

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Valid PA SLP State License
    • Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
    • Dedication to providing high-quality services to students with diverse needs
