    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pottstown, PA Area

    Soliant is looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated school-based team.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Perform thorough assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders.
    Create personalized treatment plans tailored to assessment findings, student needs, and evidence-based practices.
    Deliver targeted therapy sessions focusing on speech and language, voice, fluency, and swallowing.
    Apply a range of techniques to improve articulation, enhance communication skills, and boost language comprehension and expression.
    Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to offer support and guidance for students with communication challenges.
    Track and document progress regularly, modify treatment plans as necessary, and continually assess outcomes.


    Qualifications:
    Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
    Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
    Experience working with varied populations and age groups is preferred.
    Strong understanding of assessment tools, therapy methods, and evidence-based approaches in speech-language pathology.
