About The Role
Handles key processes and relationships with matrix management for select functions.
This job is part of the Digital Strategy and Innovation job function. They are responsible for supervising the implementation of new digital e-business options.
What You'll Do
- Provide formal supervision to small team (12 people). Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor.
- Manage key processes across the organization, leading conversations with Collaborators.
- Complete the organization's digital strategy and handle the digital roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure initiatives integrate with the company's technology infrastructure.
- Track and report the performance of department initiatives.
- Document procedures and standards and identify where procedures are not aligned with business or audit standard controls.
- Identify and tackle technical and operational problems.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve daytoday and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred with 25 years of meaningful experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered instead of a degree.
- Must have experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power Bi and data analysis experience.
- Experience with Real Estate specific software preferred
- Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the field and department.
- Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.
