    AWB OVERVIEW

    Ames Watson Brands ("AWB") is a multifaceted holding company and brand accelerator dedicated to transforming luxury brands. With a focus on quality and brand development, we create, curate, and distribute high-quality products and content to maximize the potential of the brands we work with.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    AWB is hunting for a Stylist to work for an innovative, luxury sportwear brand. As a Stylist, you bring the product to life through expert storytelling and best-in-class service. You aim to meet and exceed the needs of customers by creating unique and specially curated looks that promote their best selves, bring them immense joy, and establish long-lasting relationships with the brand.

    This will be a seasonal position from May- September.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Contribute to the selling environment through a seamless end-to-end experience by engaging with every customer through tailored product education, attending to their unique needs, and offering value to their visit
    • Emulate the brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashion
    • Build and maintain ample knowledge of the world of sport and luxury fashion with awareness around fashion trends
    • Move dynamically on the floor and communicate with both staff and customers to ensure customer needs are met with product recommendations and curated outfitting
    • to meeting and/or exceeding all KPI goals and objectives for the store by providing best-in-class service
    • of the job as specified in company policies and/or procedures
    • positive relationships with peers and contribute to positive team morale
    • Maintain the brand's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on customers
    • Manage stock and handle supply-chain issues, especially for items displayed in-store
    • Have a full understanding of the POS system and provide a seamless customer transaction experience
    • Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain a luxurious environment
    • Perform other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience in customer service
    • being a team player
    • to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

    ELIGIBILITY

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated local legislative requirements (EMEA only)
    • Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods

    JOB ASSETS (i.e., nice to have; not required)

    • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    To perform the essential functions of this job, you must be able to frequently stand, walk, talk, and hear. You will be required to occasionally sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. You will be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Near and far-sighted visual acuity and normal depth perception are required.
