- Extensive experience in various tasks including:
- Plumbing - repairing sinks/showers/toilets, replacing fixtures, and unclogging drains
- Electrical - replacing switches and fixtures, understanding safety protocols, and rewiring when needed
- Carpentry - fixing holes, changing doors/locks, installing cabinets, and minor painting
- Appliances - assisting in W&D installation, stove setup, garbage disposal installation, and minor repairs
- Technicians should maintain a respectful attitude towards residents and set achievable job expectations
- Inform Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager about missing/required parts as per instructions
- Prior experience in residential maintenance, such as apartments, hotels, or private residences
- Must possess personal hand tools and a drill for daily use, without leaving them at the property
- Reliable transportation and a team-oriented mindset are essential
- Ability to manage physical work demands
