Job Overview:
Weekends are a requirement for this position and must have reliable transportation.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our guest rooms.

Responsibilities:


  • Clean and sanitize designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways
  • Dust furniture, sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets, and clean windows
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
  • Good communication skills to interact with clients or residents in a professional manner

Skills:


  • Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized environment by following established cleaning procedures.
  • Custodial: Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Hospitality: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Housekeeping Management: Implement effective housekeeping practices to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Hotel: Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures is an asset.
